What we’re looking for
The foundation of our investment thesis is to partner with management teams that have a passion for their product and a skill set that supports their vision but who also welcome a collaborative partnership.
Typically, our brands participate in large segments of the market and have a key, sustainable point of differentiation. They must have proven market demand and be capable of exponential growth with an infusion of capital and operating expertise.
We don’t define our target company profile by revenue or EBITDA, but rather their phase of development.
We support a brand’s critical growth phase beyond angel investment but prior to institutional capital or strategic investment.
